Chocolate is called for the result food or beverage from cacao feed. Chocolate is consumed by the old Mesoamerica people as beverage. Chocolate always be gift as shape, motif, and taste. Chocolate also is one of the popular taste in the world. Besides chocolate as chocolate bar that is often consumed, chocolate also is the ingredient of hot and cold beverage.
The history of chocolate is result from cacao. The first cacao grows in north Amazon, Chiapas, part of Mexico. The function of chocolate is being sugar for alcohol drink. The taste feed of cacao tree is very bitter and has to be fermentation for good taste. Maya ethnic always drinks chocolate in 450-500 BC. After Maya classic has collapsed and is changed by Toltec. Cacao feed becomes the main commodity in Mesoamerica. Cacao feed is always used in the ceremony of Religious as a gift. And cacao also becomes money in Aztec. Example, Aztec uses calculative system for one turkey such as one hundred cacao feed and one of avocado such as three cacao feed.
In 17 century, chocolate is beverage that is liked in Spain palace. After that chocolate becomes popular in London. And they built “chocolate house” for safe many chocolate in 1657. Chocolate of Euro is process the same way. But cacao feed is still ferment, dry, baked, and grinds. Chocolate powder emulsify  “natrium” for make easy to can mix with water (dutched, method of emulsification is found by Belanda).
The taste of chocolate is very difficult to describe. Joel  Glenn Brenner describes the taste of chocolate made of mix 1200 kinds zat without one taste dominant. Effect psychological chocolate if we eat a piece of chocolate, grease chocolate will melt in our mouth. It is soft taste that special in our mouth. The last research of BBC indicates that melting of chocolate can increase the activities of brain.
The content of chocolate is alkaloid-alkaloid as teobromin, fenetilamina, and anandamida that has effect psychologist for body. Based on scientist, if we eat chocolate regular, it will be decrease hypertension. And we eat black chocolate regular, it will be decrease free radical in our body.
The reason person eats chocolate, because chocolate can be good mood and increase energy. For woman, chocolate is good consumed toward menstruation. Magnesium chocolate is believed can decrease cramp. Contain of chocolate can slow aging. We regular consume chocolate, it can increase wrinkled and protect skin from UV. Chocolate also can kill bacteria in our teeth. And chocolate can restrain cancer, because chocolate has antioksidan.
Chocolate has many kinds that one of them, we know. The first is Couverture. It is the best chocolate. This is the real chocolate for presentation of grease chocolate is high, so flavor is the best. As usual, it is used for handmade produce. Before we are used, chocolate melt first. The second is Plain chocolate. It is for make a cake and the various of snack. Third is Milk chocolate. It is mix sugar, chocolate, liquid of chocolate, milk, and vanilla. Fourth is White chocolate. It is used for decoration. And the last is Liquid of chocolate. This is product of drink that contains cacao and sugar.
The conclusion is chocolate is made from cacao. Person often use chocolate for gift, food and beverage. Chocolate has many kinds and functions for our body. Besides like the taste person also like shape and motif.
