good life


We as human that live in the world, have many activities every day. We work every day. We always eat fast food. It is not good to our body. The effect is can make our body is weak with many virus. We have to keep our health with be good life.
The first way is avoid fast food. Of course, in this era force us as human to get food quickly. If we are hungry, we will go to fast food restaurant. Because the system of fast food restaurant can serve customer quickly. But it is not good. Fast food is food that contain. So, if we love our body, we have to avoid fast food and try to cook our self.
And then we have to life balance. That is why we do exercise minimum twice a week. Based on the experiment, if we work in the office, we will get trouble in our body. Specially our hands often feel tired. We do not hard work without do exercise. Because it can makes bad effect. As our muscle can be damage. And of course we can’t do anything without our hands.
Next, we do not be stress. When we get problems, we face it. We have to find the solution. We are not alone in the world. We still have parents, friends and everyone who cares us. We can share our problem and get solution without be stress. If we are stress, it will disturb our activities. And also our mind does not produce good effect to our body.
The last, we also have positive thinking. For face everything such as problem. The effect of positive thinking is we can think cleared. And also we can work or do activities better than we have negative thinking. It is difference effect.
The conclusion is we as human that have many activities every day. We have to keep our health with do good life. We avoid fast food, do exercise minimum twice a week, do not stress, and have positive thinking. That ways can make our life balance. So keep good life.
