Yogyakarta is a
special province because its government is a king. Why can that? Because the
people did not choose the government but it is old rule, who to be the
government is generation of the first king. The new king’s name is Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono
X. Yogyakarta is beautiful, clean, and amazing. This text will explain anything
about Yogyakarta such as the geographical location, nature condition,
population, good food, and place.
The first, Geographical
location Yogyakarta is 7015-8015 south latitude and 11005-11004
east longitude, with city limits:

condition of Yogya:
In North, the large state around
4% earth at an angle (next to Merapi mountain) with the characters are water
source and fertile soil.
In South/West, the large state
around 7% from West to North with high of earth end in alluvial beach, the
characters are raining place and water source.
In central, the large state around
14% is flat earth/chasm. The characters are fertile soil, good irrigation with
densely populated.

Yogyakarta in 1995 based on registration more than 3.154.265. The details of
population are Yogyakarta city more than 466.313 people, Sleman residence
794.101 people, Bantul residence 740.535 people, Kulon progo residence 428.630
people, and Kidul mountain risidence 724.685 people.
Besides Yogyakarta has many special foods such
as Gudeg, Bakpia, Yangko, and Geplak. “Gudeg” is traditional food that made
from young jack fruit. After cooked, the
colour of “Gudeg” is brown because “daun jati”. “Gudeg” always serve with rice,
gravy bowl, chicken, egg, tofu, and “sambel goreng krecek”. Then “Bakpia” always be gift brought back from
a trip. The central office “Bakpia” in “Pathuk”, west area of Malioboro. This area
is very famous for tourist can buy anything. After that “Yangko” is traditional
kotagede that made from white sticky rice, like a snack but it is sweet. And
the last “Geplak” is sweet, made from sugar, coconut, and natural dye, like
red, green, yellow, and white. It can find in Jl. Mataram, Beringharjo market
and Kranggan market, Yogyakarta.
After that
Yogyakarta also has many good place for tourist, examples Malioboro, Keraton
Yogyakarta, and Cerme cave. Malioboro is the tourism place in Yogyakarta, and
most popular in Indonesia. if we visit Yogya dont miss Malioboro because in
there, you can look vredeburg and great house and malioboro are popular with
heaven souvenir. you can buy batik with the price very law . Then Keraton
Yogyakarta had built by Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono 1 in 1756. It is a kingdom the
past and it is central of the culture of java, where customs and traditions,
art, and system of kinship still looked after until now. And the last Cerme
cave is a cave in dusun srunggo, selopamioro, imogiri, Bantul. It is around
1.200 meter, it has unique and interest view not with Stalaktit and Stalakmit.
Tourist can come with any transportation around 22 km from Yogya city.
In conclusion, Yogyakarta is a special city
that has government and also be a king. Anything about Yogyakarta is
interesting such as the geographical location, nature condition, population,
good food, and place.
